Big Al McMordie's Free Pick
Milwaukee vs. San Antonio, Take San Antonio Spurs
At 8:35 pm, our complimentary selection is on the San Antonio Spurs. Earlier this year, the Milwaukee Bucks upset San Antonio by 2 points when rookie Andrew Bogut caught an inbounds pass and put in a lay-up. But the Spurs were not playing well at that time, and that's not the case right now, as they've turned up the defensive heat this past week. On Saturday, San Antonio held Memphis to 79 points, and last night allowed just 73 to the Grizzlies. Milwaukee is on a 2-game losing streak, and gave up 114 on Monday to Dallas. Finally, the Spurs are a tremendous 19-1 ATS off a win, when playing with revenge from a same-season loss, if they're not laying 13+ points, and their foe is off a loss. Good luck, as always...Al McMordie.
Al McMordie passed yesterday, after winning BIG on Monday, and has an AWESOME play tonight out of an angle that's won 15 in a row since 1990. And the 16TH WINNER IN A ROW is a MONSTER CONFERENCE GAME OF THE YEAR WINNER! If you enjoyed Big Al's Conference USA Game of the Month winner on SMU over Memphis, then you'll LOVE this HOT PLAY!
Tony George's Free Pick
Minnesota vs. Boston, Take Boston Celtics
Boston -1
******
In a near pickem game, I'll lay the point with Boston at home, although Minnesota's defense is a slight concern, but more of a concern is Ricky Davis who played 44 minutes for the Celts, with no points against Detoit, and he'll find the defense of the backcourt of Minnesota more to hisp liking. He scored 33 points in the previous game and I expecvt more scoring from Boston at home. The Celtics oqwn this series going 7-3 ATS the last 10 dating back to 2000.
Minnesota is 1-5 SU their last 6 roadies, and won against NY by 6, but NY was without Marbury in that game. Boston lost 2 out 3 games played last week by a total of 3 points before getting beat by Detroit on the road by 10, which there is no shame in. Look for a 6 point win by Boston in this one, they MUST shoot over 43% from the floor to win!
